The CP3P Foundation Course provides a comprehensive introduction to Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and is designed for professionals involved in the development, procurement, and management of infrastructure projects. Based on the APMG Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) framework developed by the World Bank and other multilateral institutions, this course equips participants with a solid understanding of PPP concepts, terminology, processes, and best practices. The CP3P Preparation Course is the second module in the APMG Certified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) framework and is designed for professionals who are involved in the planning, structuring, and appraisal of PPP projects. Building on the Foundation level, this course provides a deeper understanding of how to identify, assess, and prepare PPP projects that are fiscally and technically feasible, and that deliver value for money. Participants will explore key topics such as risk allocation, project structuring, legal frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Upon completion, learners will be prepared to take the CP3P Preparation Exam.
