The CP3P Preparation Level course provides a structured and comprehensive introduction to Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs) and prepares participants for the CP3P Preparation certification examination. The course is designed for professionals who are new to PPPs or who require a solid foundational understanding of how PPPs are structured, developed, and managed across the project lifecycle.
Participants will gain a clear overview of the rationale for PPPs, the institutional and legal frameworks that support them, and the roles and responsibilities of public and private sector stakeholders. The course introduces the core concepts underpinning PPP projects, including project identification, preparation, procurement, risk allocation, financing principles, and contract management — without assuming prior technical expertise.
Drawing on international good practice and the CP3P Body of Knowledge, the course emphasizes practical understanding rather than advanced modeling or legal drafting.
